Do you want to get HIIT? High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, is an efficient and fat-blasting workout that will have your muscles screaming for mercy! The yang to the yin of the Lower Body and Core Strengthening class. The upper body will be challenged here, by strengthening the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. You can also expect various conditioning exercises, such as battle ropes, speed ladders, and kettlebells.
