The beginning and the end of Hard Core and Stretching will include all types of stretching, including dynamic, static, PNF, body weight suspension, and bands! Smack dab in the middle will be core work that will leave your abs screaming for days!

This new class will take you beyond what you thought your mental and physical wall is. Bring your water bottle and towel to this class, as you perform all-out-effort strength & conditioning circuits. Your classmates will be there to cheer you on, as you strive for tracked weekly improvements.

Do you need to de-stress or have a desire to increase your vitality? If so, this class is for you! Taught in Kripalu style, with its mindful approach to the body, you will work the principles of alignment in each posture as well as sustaining poses to increase overall strength and flexibility. Power Hour

For those looking to be as strong as they possibly can, this will be the most important hour of your week. Using barbells and dumbbells, prepare yourself for a high octane workout geared toward increasing your strength & building muscle, all while losing inches & increasing tone.
