Have you ever participated in a group exercise class that became boring to you after a while? Many people have. It is important for you to change up your programs from time to time so that both your body and mind do not get used to them. When that happens, the benefit of participation in an exercise class ends.

That is why the All-Access Fitness Academy offers ten different classes that are changed, tweaked, and advanced every 6 weeks! New Class!  20/20/20

We dare you to join Allison for this total body workout that is designed to shred fat! Whether you’re a beginner or an expert or just up for a new challenge, 20/20/20 will offer you the perfect workout. Come sweat through 20 minutes of interval cardio, 20 minutes of ultimate strength training, and 20 minutes of core intensification.

Team Awesome!

The A-Team. The Golden Girls. The Avengers. Laverne and Shirley. Throughout history awesome people have come together to do truly awesome things that they would’ve never been able to accomplish through their own efforts and now it’s your turn to join such a group. Enter Team Awesome. Simply put, this class will focus only on full body exercises that are guaranteed to increase your awesomeness by at least 93.7%. Abs, legs, arms, butt – if it will help make your body more awesome than it was the day before then you can bet your fanny pack it’ll be included.

Yoga Flow & Deep Stretch!

Get your mind and body in shape with Yoga Flow & Deep Stretch. This class will start with a gentle warm up for the entire body, with an emphasis on the connection of breath and movement. Then you’ll pick up the pace with a flowing sequence of yoga poses to build strength and flexibility. Once you are done working up a sweat, the focus of the class will shift to your hips and legs and you will use tennis balls and other myofacial techniques to achieve an even deeper release.

Kickboxing!

Who couldn’t use an energizing, total body workout that improves strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance? This new class blends boxing and martial arts to give everyone a chance to unleash their inner athlete!

The workouts will consist of jump ropes, tires, sledge hammers, pull-up bars, sleds, medicine balls, dumbbells and kettlebells. This class is an excellent class recommended for those who want to transform their core into a bastion of strength and stability – important for everything that you do in life. This class will help you trim those love handles and shape the abdominals, hips, and buttocks.  This class incorporates a variety of interval cardio exercises, core strengthening and flexibility exercises.  

Power Hour

Unlock your untapped power! This class will be focused on developing strength, power, and agility, while still finding time to improve your core stability and flexibility. This class is ideal for anyone looking to increase strength, power, or anyone who is looking to feel better and more controlled in their body. 

30 Minute Xpress Workout!

Want to get a great workout in only 30 minutes?  This class is a shorter version of our Boot Camp class designed for those whose personal schedules only allow for a 30 minute exercise session. Get a quick warm-up followed by a total body workout that will have you feeling stronger and more energized in only 30 minutes!

 

 

All instructors are capable of modifications and progressions that will enable participants from varying levels of experience to enjoy class while still getting a great workout.
